  • Here are the reservation and cancellation policies:

    • No reservation fee. Cancellation fees: 3 days (72 hours) before -25 % of the amount will be charged; 2 days (24 hours) before - we will do our best to rent the room, but if the room is not rented, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. If you plan to arrive after 4pm, we would appreciate to know in advance to keep your reservation priority.
    • You are welcomed at 4pm and we let you go refreshed at 11am.
    • Non-smoker - exterior smoking only.
    • Pets not allowed.
    • Please ask before bringing children.
    • Private bathroom.
