  • Cancellation policies:

    • No fees will be charged between the day of your reservation until the 7th day before arrival. Confirmation of booking with VISA card number or Master Card.
    • Cancellation 7 days before the stay: no fee
    • Cancellation 3 to 5 days before: 50% of the total stay + applicable taxes
    • Cancellation 2 days or less: 100% of the total amount stay + applicable taxes
    • Any reservation involves the knowledge and full acceptance of our cancellation policy
    • If you plan to arrive after 4pm, we would appreciate to know in advance to keep your reservation priority.
    • You are welcomed at 4pm and we let you go refreshed at 11am.
    • Non-smoker - exterior smoking only.
    • Pets not allowed.
    • Please ask before bringing children.
    • Private bathroom.
